Who Is Jesus Part 4 | Messianic Prophecy
Monday Apr 12, 2021
Monday Apr 12, 2021
Pastor Les Bourassa shares how Jesus fulfilled the prophecies of the coming Christ, the Messiah of Israel, and the saviour of the world. There are prophetic scriptures pointing to Christ all throughout the old testament, from Genesis to Malachi, but they all refer to specific parts of the Messiah's life and purpose, from His being born of a virgin, being called out of Egypt, being the sacrifice for sin to redeem all of mankind to God, being raised from the dead after paying the price for our peace with God, and finally His final day of judgement and the establishment of His everlasting rule over all creation.

Who is Jesus? Part 1
Ps 20:7 NKJV (TPT) Some find their strength in their weapons and wisdom, but my miracle-deliverance can never be won by men. Our boast is in Yahweh our God, who makes us strong and gives us victory! Our enemies will not prevail; they will only collapse and perish in defeat while we will rise up, full of courage. Give victory to our king, O Yahweh! The day we call on you, give us your answer!
Assign Accurately (Who is Jesus?)
-Eph 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
-Jn 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Grow Your Faith
Tuesday Mar 09, 2021
Tuesday Mar 09, 2021
Grow Your Faith Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Faith doesn't necessarily come by "having heard," but by hearing. Its time to grow your faith. In this tumultuous and emotional season, it is vital for us to be anchored to God through faith, and our faith is the thing that Satan hates most and wants to destroy. The enemy knows "the just (justified) will live by faith," and that "Without faith, it is impossible to please God." Protect the faith that God has sown into your heart through His word, and allow more of His word to enter into your heart daily.

The Honour Key is a message from Pastor Charlotte Quist the explores how our honour or dishonour toward people will either open up or shut out what God has for us.

Jn 8:53-55 "You are not greater than our father Abraham, who died, are You? The prophets died too. Whom do You make Yourself out to be?” Jesus answered, “If I glorify Myself, My glory is nothing; it is My Father who glorifies Me, of whom you say, ‘He is our God’; and you have not come to know Him, but I know Him. And if I say that I do not know Him, I will be a liar like you; but I do know Him, and I follow His word.
Mk 9:7 "Then a cloud formed, overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud: “This is My beloved Son; listen to Him!”
Mk 6:4-5 "Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not dishonored except in his hometown and among his own relatives, and in his own household.” And He could not do any miracle there except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them.
Mt 10:41 "Hearing this, the other ten began to feel indignant with James and John."

2 Kings 5:1-15
"Now Naaman, commander of the army of the king of Aram, was a great man in the view of his master, and eminent, because by him the Lord had given victory to Aram. The man was also a valiant warrior, but afflicted with leprosy. Now the Arameans had gone out in bands and had taken captive a little girl from the land of Israel; and she waited on Naaman’s wife. And she said to her mistress, “If only my master were with the prophet who is in Samaria! Then he would cure him of his leprosy.” And Naaman went in and told his master, saying, “The girl who is from the land of Israel spoke such and such.” Then the king of Aram said, “Go now, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” So he departed and took with him ten talents of silver, six thousand shekels of gold, and ten changes of clothes. And he brought the letter to the king of Israel, which said, “And now as this letter comes to you, behold, I have sent Naaman my servant to you, so that you may cure him of his leprosy.” But when the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his clothes and said, “Am I God, to kill and to keep alive, that this man is sending word to me to cure a man of his leprosy? But consider now, and see how he is seeking a quarrel against me.” Now it happened, when Elisha the man of God heard that the king of Israel had torn his clothes, that he sent word to the king, saying, “Why did you tear your clothes? Just have him come to me, and he shall learn that there is a prophet in Israel.” So Naaman came with his horses and his chariots, and stood at the doorway of Elisha’s house. And Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, “Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh will be restored to you and you will be clean.” But Naaman was furious and went away, and he said, “Behold, I thought, ‘He will certainly come out to me, and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, and wave his hand over the site and cure the leprosy.’ Are Abanah and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, not better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?” So he turned and went away in a rage. Then his servants approached and spoke to him, saying, “My father, had the prophet told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he says to you, ‘Wash, and be clean’?” So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times, in accordance with the word of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean. Then he returned to the man of God with all his company, and came and stood before him. And he said, “Behold now, I know that there is no God in all the earth, except in Israel; so please accept a gift from your servant now.”

Where Do You Stand? | How to decide what is worth fighting for as a believer
It is easy to stand on the sidelines and accuse people of "doing it wrong," but much harder to decide where YOU yourself would stand in any given conflict. As believers, how do we decide what is worth fighting for? Where do we draw the line in this present circumstance and with the restrictions in place because of the Covid-19 Pandemic? Pastor Charlotte draws on the examples in the bible where the there are displays of faithful people who honored God above all while seeking to continue honor everyone around them. We need to know where we stand before we enter the conflict, and we need to decide what is worth fighting for before the fight comes knocking. When we seek to honor God first, there WILL be times when the systems of the world contradict our deepest convictions, and in this message we find examples and exhortation on how to make a stand in the right way for the right things.

1) Honour and Me
“When we believe that we ought to be satisfied, rather than God glorified, we set God below ourselves. Imagine that He should submit His own honour to our advantage. We make ourselves more glorious than God, as though we were not made for Him, but He made for us.” Charles Spurgeon
